Founded in 2013 by Laurel O'Donnell after graduating from Culinary School with a Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts.
Puttin' On The Mitts was brought to life again in Finger Lakes Wine Country after noticing the lack of desserts available in the area.
We offer traditionally crafted puddings, pastries and desserts served in wild combinations,
and made from local ingredients with a focus on zero-plastic usage and sustainability.
We strive to maintain good relationships with our local farmers here in the beautiful Finger Lakes! This ensures that we get our ingredients fresh and directly from the source all year long.
We promise to use glass jars, metal straws, reusable water bottles, wooden spoons and other biodegradable products to combat waste pollution.
While we have been renovating our 1968 Vintage Canned Ham trailer into a dessert food truck, we have been hard at work
popping up all around the Finger Lakes with our bright purple setup and making friends.
Our specialty dessert is pudding! Made with local Finger Lakes wine, beer, spirits, fresh eggs, cream, milk and other ingredients found around the lake, our selection is always changing.
We make all of our desserts, pastries, brownies, pudding, cookies and cakes fresh and we always take requests for new items!
If it can be found in the Finger Lakes, we can make something out of it!
